About Laounika

Born into a family of bohemian artists, she inevitably started studying the world around her with the curious eyes of a creator and a participator, turning very early on to plastic arts, dance and music to express her discoveries and insight. Her forms of artistic expression are numerous and are elegantly bridged by the limits of her imagination, which appear to be limitless at times. She is an accomplished painter, performance artist, muralist, and singer-song writer.

Laounika has written and produced songs alongside famous song-writer and producer Stefie Shock (Canada) and is currently finalizing and launching her first music album As a visual artist, she has collaborated extensively with a number of artists from Cirque du Soleil, scores of athletes and dancers from renowned troops employing them as her models and muses. She has given hundreds of live performances mixing live music and live painting in Canada, the US and Europe. Her artwork has been showcased and sold in galleries, events, and private venues in many American and Canadian cities.
